goldenhour runs SoBe Tan, our own spray-tan studio in Miami Beach. We don't demo the product to keep the lights on. We book, charge, and follow up on goldenhour every open day, and we ship the fixes we need for ourselves first.
Why we dogfood
We feel every rough edge before you do.
When a reminder fires at the wrong hour or a deposit doesn't land the way it should, we're the first ones standing at the front desk with a client waiting. That's the point. The features on this site, deposits at booking, cards at the door, travel fees, the AI front desk, all started as something SoBe Tan needed on a real Saturday.
What that means for your studio
You're not the beta test. By the time a workflow reaches your booking page it has already run a full season of appointments, deposits, no-show fees, and rebooking nudges through our own books. We keep the tools that earn their place and cut the ones that don't, because we live with the same calendar you do.
We don't sell software we wouldn't trust with our own Saturday.
