Voice + AI assistants
Built for the assistant era
The customer asking ChatGPT “where can I book a spray tan in Miami Beach” should land on your booking page : and the agent should be able to check your Tuesday-evening availability without scraping your site. Here’s what goldenhour does today, and what’s coming.
iOS app
LiveSiri Shortcuts + App Intents
The goldenhour iOS app exposes App Intents for the actions an artist actually wants on a voice: open the daily brief, check today's calendar, mark an appointment done, capture a voice note. Customers booking on iOS 26 can say 'Hey Siri, book my usual at Sobe Tan' once the artist publishes an App Intent for that service.
Apple Wallet
LiveWallet pass back-face shortcuts
Every confirmed appointment generates an Apple Wallet pass with quick-action links on the back: reschedule, cancel, open directions, open prep checklist, open aftercare timer. The pass auto-surfaces on the lock screen 2 hours before the appointment.
Smart reply
LiveFoundation Models on-device SmartReply
When a client texts you in the iOS inbox, goldenhour suggests 3 ready-to-send replies generated entirely on-device with Apple's Foundation Models framework. No cloud round-trip, no privacy review, works on a plane.
Agentic search
LivePublic MCP for ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity
ChatGPT Atlas, Perplexity Comet, and Gemini-in-Chrome all discover goldenhour artists through our public MCP at /api/mcp/manifest. Agents browse artist profiles, list services, check availability, and construct booking deep links: all without the human leaving the chat.
AI receptionist
RoadmapAfter-hours phone bookings
Inbound voice calls outside business hours will route to a goldenhour-hosted AI receptionist (Twilio Voice + Claude) that books, reschedules, quotes the cancellation policy, and reads directions or parking notes aloud. Calls beyond the AI's scope auto-route to an SMS thread with the artist. No per-month fee: included on every plan.
