An AI front desk that actually books.
When a client texts your business number or opens the chat on your booking page, goldenhour can book, reschedule, or cancel for them, answer the common questions, and hand off to you the moment it should. It works your real calendar, not a guess.
Off by default. You switch it on in Settings, and off just as fast.
What it handles
The front-desk back-and-forth, handled.
Books a new appointment
A client texts your business number or opens the chat on your booking page, and it finds an open slot and books it, deposit and all.
Reschedules and cancels
It moves an existing appointment to a new time, or cancels it, applying your cancellation policy the same way your booking form does.
Answers the common questions
What's open this week, what do I have coming up, how do deposits work. The everyday back-and-forth that used to interrupt your day.
Works over SMS and web chat
The same front desk on both: replies to texts on your number, and the chat bubble on your own booking page for signed-in clients.
The guardrails
It writes to your calendar, so it earns the trust.
The whole point is that a stranger's message can turn into a real booking with no one watching. These are the rails that make that safe. We built them first.
It books your real calendar
Before every booking it re-checks that day's live availability and takes only a slot that is genuinely open. It cannot invent a time or double-book over one you already have.
Deposits are held, not charged
A service with a deposit books as a hold plus a short Stripe checkout link. The slot releases automatically if it is not paid in time, and confirms the moment it is.
You can take over any time
For a complaint, anything sensitive, or whenever it is unsure, it hands the conversation to you with a notification and tells the client you will follow up personally.
Every action is on the record
Each thing it does is written to your audit log: what it did, for which client, and whether it worked. Nothing happens off the books.
It knows when to stop
It works inside tight limits and steps back rather than guess. If a request is out of bounds it stays quiet instead of getting it wrong.
Off until you turn it on
It ships switched off. You enable it in Settings when you are ready, turn it off just as fast, and it stays off entirely in HIPAA mode.
Early access
We are rolling it out carefully.
This is early access. We are turning it on studio by studio while we watch every booking it makes, so it stays worthy of writing to your calendar. If you want it on your line, start an account and turn it on in Settings, or tell us and we will help you go live.
